Since we will be modifying an existing pattern, you MUST have a basic knowledge of patterns, such as how to lay them out, what all the symbols mean, how to measure yourself, etc.  We will also go over how to modify a dart, or even add one, to make the pattern fit your body, as well as changing the height/length of the dart, and the shoulder if needed.  We will also go over basic neckline adjustments such as how to change the shape, make it a bit lower or a bit higher depending on the look you want to achieve.
