During this surreal time, we all need a bit of fun to keep us sane, so for July here are a few fun projects and techniques to increase your joy and skill set:

The Weave is an intriguing quilt; it is quite easy, but you need to know a little trick to get those weave strips sewn down correctly.  Then there is the Mad About Mesh bags, another easy project to use up all that mesh we purchased for our travel bags.  This mesh bag works great as a travel bag or a wash bag for your delicate items.  Then we have a new embroidery hoop available called the ‘Sticky Hoop’.  It is great for all those ‘not possible’ to hoop items that we would love to embroider on anyway.  And for the serger technique portion,  I will demonstrate the 2 thread rolled hem.   I love this lightweight stitch for heirloom sewing or sheer fabric seams and hems.

Remember you will need to sign up this month for one of 2 sessions: Saturday, July 18th 10am - 12 noon, Tuesday July 21st 10am - 12 noon.  Hope to see all of you... at least your shining eyes!

Yearly Membership cards available for $120.00 (prorated) which includes 20% discount on all notions/fabrics on club day. Walk-ins are available at $15.00 per session, but no discounts.
