  • A working sewing machine*
  • A clear grid ruler*
  • Woven Fashion Fabric 1.5 yards (pre-washed and ironed)*

 

*Can be purchased at Berger’s.

**BE SURE TO WASH AND DRY YOUR FABRIC TO REMOVE SHRINKAGE.

Instructor: Shannon Melick
Instructor Bio: Specializing in evening wear, intricate hand embellishments and costume design, Shannon Melick recently graduated from Pratt Institute with a Bachelors in Fine Art for Fashion Design. She recently completed a collection inspired by eight powerful women in the Bible. Shannon is currently striving towards her goal of designing athletic costumes for figure skaters, rhythmic gymnasts and ballroom dancers.
